Receta Fast Pizza Dough

Ingredientes
- 2 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pkt Fast acting yeast
- 1 1/4 c. Warm water
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Combine 3/4 c. of flour, salt, sugar, water and extra virgin olive oil in the food processor and process for 15 seconds.
- Add in another c. of flour and combine for 15 seconds.
- Add in a third addition of flour (1 c.) and combine in food processor till it forms a ball. You may need a little more flour at this point if it is too sticky.
- Remove from food processor and knead dough till smooth and elastic. Add in more flour if necessary.
- Put dough in lightly oiled bowl. Coat dough with oil. Cover bowl withplastic wrap and let rise in a hot area for 15 min.
- Punch dough down.
- This recipe makes sufficient dough for two smaller pizzas or possibly one large. My pizza pans just fits inside my oven.
- Roll out dough. Brush with extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic mix. Top with favorite ingredients. Bake for 10 to 15 min in a 500 oven.
