Receta Fat Free Apple Spice Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded apple
- 1/4 c. egg substitute
- 1/4 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cardamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350*F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, dust with flour and set aside. Mix apple, lowfat sour cream, and egg substitute in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread batter in pan and bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till golden. Cold in pan 5 min, then turn onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
- Cut into 20 slices.
