Receta Pork With Orange Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 6 x pork chop cutlets sliced or possibly cubed
- Â Â (or possibly 2 to 2 1/2 lbs pork loin roast)
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions - (to 1 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1Â 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place pork in crockpot and sprinkle with the green onions. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
