Ingredientes
- 1 sm arab bread or possibly 1 wholemeal pitta
- 1/2 x cucumber finely minced
- 3 x tomatoes finely minced
- 3 x salad onions finely minced
- 1 sm green pepper finely minced
- 2 clv garlic crushed good handful fresh parsley minced small bunch fresh mint minced
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp sumac (grnd dry herb mix available from Arab food stores) optional salt and grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Lightly toast the bread till crisp then break into bite size chunks and set aside.
- Place the minced vegetables and herbs a bowl; toss with the extra virgin olive oil lemon juice sumac (if using) and seasoning.
- When ready to serve fold in the bread.
- Serves 2
