Receta Harveys Coconut Macaroons

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Shredded coconut
- 3 1/2 c. Almond paste
- 1 c. All-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts Red candied cherries halved
Direcciones
- In a food processor or possibly blender, process coconut till finely minced; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat almond paste till crumbled. Gradually add in flour, sugar and coconut; mix well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time; beat till smooth. Stir in nuts. Place dough in a pastry bag with a large star tip; pipe onto baking sheets covered with parchment paper or possibly foil. Top with cherries.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min or possibly till golden. Cold 5 min before removing to wire racks.
