Receta Festive Linguine With Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. sliced Shallots
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can diced Tomatoes in garlic & spices (14 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh Basil
- 1/3 c. heavy Cream (or possibly fat-free Creamer)
- 1/2 lb cooked Shrimp or possibly Lobster can also use Chicken
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 8 ounce Linguine cooked and warm
- 1/3 c. julienned Basil Leaves
Direcciones
- In a large pan, over medium-high heat, saute/fry shallots in oil 4 min or possibly till soft. Add in tomatoes and 1 Tblspn. Basil; simmer 5 min. Add in cream; boil 2 to 3 min to thicken. Add in shrimp and cayenne. Lower heat to medium-low, toss ingredients, pasta and julienned basil.
- Can easily double or possibly triple recipe. Very easy recipe for a quick nutritious meal.
