Receta Linguine With Herbed Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Dry spaghetti">linguine or possibly spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Large shrimp -- peeled and Deveined
- 1 x Garlic clove -- minced
- 1/3 c. Freshly grated imported Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Finely minced fresh oregano Thyme, basil and/or possibly Parsley Salt Freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water for 8 or possibly 9 min; drain. In a large skillet, heat the butter and extra virgin olive oil. Add in the shrimp and garlic; cook till shrimp turn opaque or possibly pink. Turn and cook the second side.
- Combine the warm cooked pasta, shrimp mix, Parmesan, and herbs. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm. May be made ahead and reheated.
