- 2 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Buttered-flavored Butter Buds
- 1/2 c. Evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Chicken-flavored bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 dsh Red pepper
- 1 pkt (12 oz) fettuccine, cooked with out salt or possibly fat

- Combine first 8 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process till smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Pour into a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till thoroughly heated. Toss with pasta, and serve immediately.
