Receta Fettuccine Florentine Carbonara

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Fettuccune Florentine
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Whipping cream
- 2 x Large eggs
- 6 x Bacon slices,cooked, Crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, heat butter; blend in cheese. Stir in whipping cream; heat almost to boiling, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Place Large eggs in small bowl; beat slightly, stir small amount of warm cream mix into Large eggs; pour egg mix into saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk till thoroughly heated, about 5 min. Stir in bacon and parsley; toss sauce with warm pasta. Serve immediately.
