Ingredientes
- 2 c. water
- 8 ounce fresh chicken or possibly turkey necks
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 lb fresh or possibly frzn field peas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Freshly-grnd black pepper (optional), to taste
Direcciones
- In a large stockpot, boil the water. Add in the chicken or possibly turkey necks, onion, garlic, and parsley and boil for 15 min.
- Add in the field peas and cook till tender, about 30 min. Add in the salt, pepper flakes, and pepper. Serve over steamed rice.
