Ingredientes
- 1 can (15-ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 sm Tomato, minced
- 1 sm Cucumber, peeled and minced
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1/2 c. Minced green bell pepper
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 3/4 c. Commercial Italian dressing
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into serving dish and refrigeratefor several hrs for flavors to blend.
- Personal notes: This is mighty handy when you need something different and the cupboard and budget are both low. For extra color, substitute 3 green onions, sliced, for the minced onion. This goes well on a picnic; it doesn't spoil easily.
