Receta Fig Rumaki

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 21 x Dry California figs
- 1 can Water Chestnuts, Sliced, 8 ounce. liquid removed and
- 7 slc Bacon, cut in thirds

- Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and ginger in a one c. measure. Set aside. Wrap a fig and a slice of water chestnut in each piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick Place in a 2 qt oblong pan. Pour marinade over all. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill several hrs, or possibly overnight Remove rumaki from marinade. Place 3 paper towels on a paper plate. Arrange 1/2 of the rumaki around the edge of the plate. Cover with a paper towel. Microwave at high (100%) till bacon is lightly browned, 3 to 3 1/2 min. Repeat with remaining rumaki.
