Receta Filipino Hotcake (Pancake)

Ingredientes
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter or oil
- dash of yellow food color
Direcciones
- Cream sugar & oil
- Beat with eggs.
- Stir in milk.
- Add baking powder & salt.
- Slowly add flour. Mix well.
- Add yellow food color.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter to greased & heated non-stick pan.
- When bubbles appear & form holes, flip the hotcake.
- Serve hot.
