Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Flour, any kind (I use a mix of unbleached whole wheat, and about 1/4 c. oat bran)
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Whip the egg and oil together till foamy, then add in remaining ingredients.
- Batter will be thick. Stir just till mixed, some lumps are ok.
- Makesabout a dozen medium size pancakes.
