Sliced green onions; 1 pkt Cream cheese, (3 ounce); 1/2 c. Shredded swiss cheese; 1/2 c. Shredded parmesan cheese; 1/2 c. Shredded sharp, cheddar cheese

Ingredientes

6 ounce Penne or possibly other tube pasta
3/4 lb Grnd beef
1 x 14 1/2 ounce ca chunky pasta style Stewed tomatoes, (delmonte)
1 c. Sliced green onions
1 pkt Cream cheese, (3 ounce)
1/2 c. Shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c. Shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Shredded sharp, cheddar cheese

Direcciones

Cook pasta as package directs; drain. In skillet brown meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in tomatoes; cook uncovered till slightly thickened.
Stir in onions and cream cheese. Toss with remaining ingredients. Cover 2 min to heat cheeses. Prep and cook time: 30 min
