Name: Freddie's Amaretto Brownies
Ingredients: 3/4 c. Sifted all-purpose flour; 1/4 tsp Baking soda; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/3 c. Vegetable shortening; 2 Tbsp. Water; 1 pkt (6 oz) of chocolate chips (Nestle's works the best in this recipe); 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 x Large eggs; 1 1/2 c. Minced nuts (optional)

Ingredientes

3/4 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Vegetable shortening
2 Tbsp. Water
1 pkt (6 oz) of chocolate chips (Nestle's works the best in this recipe)
1 tsp Vanilla
2 x Large eggs
1 1/2 c. Minced nuts (optional)

Direcciones

Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside. Combine sugar, shortening, and water in a medium saucepan. Heat and stirring constantly, till sugar melts and mix comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pcs and vanilla till smooth. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time.
Stir in flour mix and nuts. Spread proportionately into a greased 9X9X2 inch pan. Bake in at 325 degrees for approximately 30 min or possibly till shiny and hard on top. Remove from oven and sprinkle with amaretto (approximately 3 Tbsp.) making sure to cover the top of brownies proportionately. Cold completely.
