Receta Freezer French Toast

Ingredientes
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. half and half or possibly light cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. cornflake cereal crumbs
- 8 x 1" thick slices French bread
Direcciones
- Mix Large eggs, half and half, sugar and vanilla in a shallow bowl. Dip the French bread in this egg mix, leaving the bread in the bowl for a few min so it absorbs more egg mix. Dip bread in the cornflake crumbs to coat. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze till hard.
- When ready to bake, first preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place frzn French toast pcs on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden and crunchy. Turn the toast once during baking.
- Makes 8 slices.
