Ingredientes
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 lb grnd chuck
- 1 med onion -- minced
- 1 x (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup -- undiluted
- 1 x (10 3/4 ounce) can Cheddar cheese soup -- undiluted
Direcciones
- Cut bread in half lengthwise; carefully scoop out inside and break into bite-size pcs. Combine grnd chuck and onion in a large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven; cook till meat is browned. Stir in soup and bread pcs.
- Spoon meat mix into bottom half of bread shell and cover with top half of bread shell. Wrap loaf in foil; bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min. To serve, cut into slices.
- Yield: 10 servings.
