Receta French Buttercream Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Softened margerine
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. Flour Food coloring Colored sugars
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except flour and food coloring well.
- Add in flour and blend at low speed. If you like, tint with food coloring.
- Refrigeratedough 15-30 min before shaping.
- Shape dough in 3/4 inch balls, Place on greased cookie sheet, flatten with fork sprinkle with colored sugars. Bake at 350 5-8 min till set but not brown. Let stand on cookie sheet 1 minute before removing.
