Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Shortening
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Cream together shortening and sugar. Add in Large eggs and beat well. Sift together flour, salt, baking pwdr and nutmeg. Alternately add in flour mix and lowfat milk to egg mix. Dough will be very thick. Spoon into greased cupcake pans. Bake at 350 for 20 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While still hot, dip tops in 'Topping' mix.
- Makes 24puffs.
