- 1 x (9-inch) baked graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 ounce Chocolate bits
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream
Direcciones
- Cream butter & sugar well; add in beaten Large eggs, one spoonful at a time, mixing till smooth after each addition. Heat chocolate over warm water & cold.
- Stir chocolate into egg mix & mix well. Add in flavoring & pour into pie shell. Top with whipped cream & refrigerate12 hrs before serving.
