Receta Fresh Pasta With Cheese And Parma Ham

Ingredientes
- 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
- 25 gm Plain flour, (1oz)
- 450 ml Lowfat milk, ( 3/4 pint)
- 50 gm Parmesan cheese, grated (2oz) Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 x 70 grams pac Parma ham, sliced (3oz)
- 1 x 500 gram bag tagliatelle verdi, (1lb)
- 25 gm Pine nut kernels, toasted (1oz)
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, add in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the lowfat milk.
- Return to the heat and bring to the boil, stirring continously. Remove from the heat, add in 25g (1oz) of the cheese and season to taste.
- Gently stir in the Parma ham.
- Meanwhile cook the pasta following instructions on the pack, drain quickly.
- Mix well with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer to a warmed serving dish, sprinkle over the pine nuts and remaining parmesan cheese.
