Receta Fresh Salsa With A "Kick"

Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Fresh tomatoes
- 3/4 x Fresh jalepeno peppers
- 1 x Fresh green papper
- 1 x Fresh red or possibly yellow pepper
- 1 x Fresh cucumber
- 1 x Fresh sprig cilantro
- 1/2 lrg Red onion
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. White vinegar

- This recipe is for CuisineArt:Place ingredients into a food processor and chop finely. I chop the tomatoes first and place into a collander to drain. Next all the peppers and add in them into the collander. I then do the cucumber, with the skin on, and the onion together. Place into the collander also. Lastly chop and add in the cilantro to the collander.
- After all ingredients have liquid removed, place in large bowl and add in 3/4 c. vinegar and 1 c. of sugar. Stir and let sit at least 2 hrs. Serve with your favorite chips. Keeps up to 5 days if refrigerated. Enjoy!
