Receta Coffee Liqueur Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 4 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 x Egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/4 c. Coffee liqueur
- 3 Tbsp. Cream
- 1 c. Whipped cream, beaten
Direcciones
- In saucepan over very low heat, mix coffee liqueur and sugar; stirring till dissolved. Remove from heat. In top of double boiler, heat chocolate with cream, cold 20 min. Stir chocolate into coffee liqueur mix. Carefully mix in egg whites, then whipped cream. Refrigerate3 hrs before serving.
