Ingredientes
- 1 c. textured soy protein--TSP
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 x onion, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 16 ounce stewed tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. tomato sauce
Direcciones
- To rehydrate the TSP, place the TSP in a medium bowl and pour the boiling water over it; set aside. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over low heat. Add in the onion and saute/fry till tender. Add in the TSP and stir-fry for about 3 min. Add in the cooked macaroni, the tomatoes, and the tomato sauce to the skillet; cover and heat everything thoroughly. Serve warm.
- Yield: 4 servings.
