Ingredientes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Clove peeled garlic
- 2 lrg Good quality bread
- 1/2 c. Purred cooked cannelini beans Salt and freshly grnd black pepper Minced fresh fennel or possibly slivers of roasted red peppers
Direcciones
- Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and fry the bread with the garlic. Spread the fried bread with pureed
- beans, season with salt and pepper, drizzle on more extra virgin olive oil and garnish with minced fresh fennel
- or possibly pepper.
