Receta Fried Green Tomatoes With Milk Gravy

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Bacon grease
- 4 x Tomato, green, hard, sliced
- 2 x Egg, beaten Flour Lowfat milk Salt Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat your bacon grease in a heavy frying pan. Dip tomatoes in Large eggs, then in bread crumbs. Slowly fry them in the bacon grease till golden on both sides. Put your tomatoes on a plate.
- For each Tbsp. of grease left in the pan, stir in one Tbsp. of flour and blend well; then stir in one c. hot lowfat milk and cook till thickened, stirring constantly. Add in salt and pepper until you like it. Pour over the tomatoes and serve warm.
