- 1 sm Ripe banana
- 2 slc White bread
- 3 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Butter

- Directions: In a small bowl, mash the banana with a spoon. Toast the bread lightly. Spread the peanut butter on one side of a piece of toast and the mashed banana on the other. Fry the sandwich in melted butter till each side is golden. Cut diagonally and serve warm.
