Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour; 2 x Egg; 1 c. Beer; 1 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr; 1 lb Rock shrimp; 1 c. Cooked corn; 1 x Roasted red bell pepper -- Diced; 12 x Cloves garlic, roasted and Mashed; 2 Tbsp. Cilantro -- minced; 1 x Jalapeno -- minced; 1/2 x Purple onions -- chopped; 1 tsp Cumin pwdr; 1 lb Angel hair pasta -- cooked; 2 quart Vegetable oil

Ingredientes

1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
2 x Egg
1 c. Beer
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
1 lb Rock shrimp
1 c. Cooked corn
1 x Roasted red bell pepper -- Diced
12 x Cloves garlic, roasted and Mashed
2 Tbsp. Cilantro -- minced
1 x Jalapeno -- minced
1/2 x Purple onions -- chopped
1 tsp Cumin pwdr
1 lb Angel hair pasta -- cooked
2 quart Vegetable oil

Direcciones

Mix first 5 ingredients till blended; then add in next 8 ingredients and blend well. Take a heaping Tbsp. of batter, and wrap pasta around it; lightly press into roll. Heat oil to 325 degrees, and drop beignets into oil; fry approximatly 5 min. Top with Alfredo, Marinara, or possibly Pesto Sauce
