Ingredientes
- 2 jar (6 ounce) marinated artichoke hearts, minced reserve marinade
- 3 x Green onions, minced
- 1 lrg Garlic clove, mashed
- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 6 x Soda crackers, crushed
- 1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in reserved marinade till limp. Beat Large eggs and add in crackers, cheese, parsley, minced artichokes, onion/garlic mix, and salt and pepper.
- Put all into a buttered 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 - 40 min, till set (test with a toothpick).
- Cut into squares and serve.
