Receta Fruit'n Nut Granola

Ingredientes
- 4 c. regular oats
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1 c. minced pitted dates
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 .
- 2. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and stir mix well.
- 3. Combine honey, molasses, water, and oil in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; pour over oat mexture, stirring well to coat. Spoon mix onto a jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray; spread proportionately. Bake at 325 for 40 min or possibly till lightly toasted , stirring every 10 min.
- Remove from oven; stir in dates and raisins. Cold completely. Store in an airtight container.
- Yield: 6 c. (serving size: 1/2 c.).
