Receta Fruit Salad With Honey Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x Papaya, peeled & cubed
- 1 c. Cubed honeydew melon
- 1 c. Cubed fresh pineapple
- 2 x Kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
- 1 c. Strawberries, hulled & halved Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 c. Vegetable or possibly light extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
Direcciones
- Honey Dressing: Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer or possibly food processor for 5 min or possibly till thickened. Fruit Salad: Combine fruit (or possibly any other seasonal fruits to equal 5 c.) with dressing and arrange on lettuce-lined salad plates.
