Receta Fruit Salsa With Cinnamon Crisps

Ingredientes
- 1 pt fresh strawberries minced
- 1 lrg banana minced
- 1 x Red Delicious apple minced
- 1 x kiwifruit peeled, minced
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon divided
- 4 x flour tortillas - (7 1/2" dia) Vegetable cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir together lemon juice, 1/4 c. sugar, nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; toss with fruit. Chill.
- Cut each tortilla into eighths. Arrange pcs on baking sheets. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Combine remaining 3/4 tsp. cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Sprinkle over tortilla chips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 min or possibly till lightly browned. Serve with fruit salsa.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
