Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Pooon garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh tomato julienne
- 2 ounce White wine
- 2 ounce Shrimp
- 2 ounce Scallops
- 4 x Black mussels
- 4 ounce Cooked linguini, (favorite pasta)
Direcciones
- In 12" saute/fry pan add in oil, garlic, and minced parsley. Saute/fry shrimp, scallops, and mussels till shrimp become pink. Deglaze pan with white wine, season with salt and pepper. Add in fresh tomato and cooked pasta. Heat thoroughly and serve.
- Yield: 1 dinner serving
