Receta Fudge Nut Muffins

Ingredientes
- 4 sqr semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 stk butter
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 c. Minced pecans
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Unsifted flour
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate & butter in saucepan. Add in nuts. In mixing bowl stir sugar, flour, Large eggs & vanilla. (Don't use electric mixer.) Stir only sufficient to blend the ingredients. Add in chocolate mix. Stir only sufficient to blend. Don't beat. Place in paper muffin containers placed in muffin tins. Bake at 325 for 25-30 min. Don't OVERCOOK.
- Makes 24 cupcakes.
