Receta Full Of Veggies Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg sweet onion diced
- 1 lrg green bell pepper diced
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pkt grnd beef substitute - (12 ounce)
- 1 lrg zucchini diced
- 1 can whole kernel corn - (11 ounce) undrained
- 2 can no-salt-added tomato sauce - (15 ounce ea)
- 2 can diced tomato and green chiles - (10 ounce ea) undrained
- 1 can black beans - (15 ounce) rinsed, liquid removed
- 1 can pinto beans - (15 ounce) rinsed, liquid removed
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 env Texas-style chili seasoning mix (1 3/4 ounce)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry first 3 ingredients in warm oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat 5 min or possibly till tender. Stir in beef substitute and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, stirring often, 20 min.
- This recipe yields about 4 qts.
- Comments: Chili may be frzn up to 3 months, if you like.
