Ingredientes
- 13 x Dry red chili peppers, soaked, seeded & minced
- 2 Tbsp. Shallots -=Or possibly=- red onion
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Galanga
- 3 Tbsp. Kaffir
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon rind, grated
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon grass, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
Direcciones
- Soak all dry ingredients till sufficiently soft.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor & blend to create a smooth paste. It may be necessary to add in a few drops of water to make the paste smooth.
