Receta Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Seeded minced plum tomatoes
- 38 ounce Chickpeas, (2 cans) liquid removed (garbanzo beans)
Direcciones
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well. Add in remaining ingredients, and stir gently.
- Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
- Serving Ideas : Serve chilled or possibly at room temperature.
