Receta Garden Fresh Pasta Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 med bell pepper, diced
- 1 med onion, diced
- 1 med or possibly 2 small cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil, olive or possibly other
- 4 c. plum tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. parsely, fresh, minced
- 1 Tbsp. oregano, fresh, minced
- 3 Tbsp. basil, fresh, minced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- Sauteeonion, bell pepper and garlic in oil till soft.
- Add in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 to 30 min. Serve over warm pasta.
- All ingredients may be adjusted to taste. Appropriate amounts of dry herbs may be substituted for fresh. Regular tomatoes may be substituted for plum, but sauce will be soupier.
