Receta Garden Party Carrot Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs (or possibly equivalent egg substitute)
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 can (8 1/2 ounce) liquid removed crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. butter (or possibly butter)
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Pour batter into tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Cool in pan. Turn out on rack. When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
- Sift 1 lb confectioners' sugar. Add in sifted confectioners' sugar gradually. Beat well. Serves 20.
