- 1 ct 2% cottage cheese - (24 ounce) (Breakstone's or possibly Knudsen's)
- 1/2 c. finely-minced broccoli
- 1/2 c. finely-minced carrot
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced green onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh parsley
- 1 env Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
Direcciones
- Place cottage cheese in blender or possibly food processor container; cover. Blend on low speed till pureed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill.
- Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables. Garnish as desired.
