  2. Drop Garlic into boiling water for 5 min. Then peel, chop, and soak them in the honey for 20 min. While garlic is soaking, cream butter,, sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in to creamed mix. Stir in chips, nuts, etc. Drain garlic and add in to batter. Blend well. Drop by heaping Tbsp. onto an ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake till lightly browned. Remove from pan and cold on racks.
  3. Yields 5 doz.
