Receta Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 6 med Potatoes, peeled, cubed (about 2-1/2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 env LIPTON Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Recipe Soup Mix
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 10 to 15 min or possibly till tender.
- Drain.
- Combine lowfat milk and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat just till lowfat milk is warm and butter is melted, stirring well. Add in to potatoes and beat at medium speed of an electric mixer till light and fluffy. Serve immediately.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings
