Receta Garlic Hot Pepper Vinegar

Ingredientes
- 2 c. White vinegar
- 2 lrg Cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 x Fresh cayenne, jalapeno or possibly other warm peppers
Direcciones
- In a small stainless steel saucepan, heat vinegar to boiling. Meanwhile thread garlic and warm pepper on wooden skewer. Place in clean pint jar.
- Carefully pour warm vinegar into jar. Cover; let stand several days at room temperature to blend flavors. If you like, strain into decorative jar and add in fresh garlic and peppers. Store in cold, dark place.
- Makes 1 pint.
