Receta Pickled Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 4 lbs. green snap beans
- 6 c. vinegar
- 4 c. water
- 4 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. mustard seed
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoon peppercorns
- 3 cloves garlic, cut in sm. pcs
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except the beans. Boil together for 10 min. Strain into large kettle and keep warm. Wash beans and clip ends. Cover with boiling water and boil for about 10 min or possibly till slightly underdone.
- Drain beans well and pour warm vinegar mix over them at once. Pack 8 clean, warm pint jars with beans. Fill to within 1/2 inch of top of jars with the warm spiced syrup. Seal the jars at once. To serve, drain and arrange beans on a relish dish.
