Ingredientes
- 1 lb Russet or possibly baking potatoes
- 2 whl Garlic cloves peeled
- 1/4 c. Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. Green olivada - (to 2 tbspns) see * Note Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Peel and cut potatoes into large chunks. Boil the potatoes with garlic for 20 min or possibly till tender. Drain, return the potatoes to the saucepan and mash with a ricer or possibly masher with broth and Olivada to taste; season well to taste with salt and pepper.
