  • 1 lb Beef top round steak, cut 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Cracked black pepper
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Combine steak sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Place steak in bag; add in marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning once. Remove steak from marinade; place steak on broiler in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat. Broil 15 to 18 min to desired doneness (rare to medium rare) turning once.
  2. NOTES : We have grilled this recipe with same success.
