- 1 ounce Garlic
- 3 ounce Anchovies
- 3 ounce Prepared mustard
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1/2 c. Wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 c. Salad oil
Direcciones
- Blend together garlic and anchovies; add in mustard, Large eggs and oregano, mix well. Add in vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix. Slowly add in oil.
