Receta Gazpacho Gelatin Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Cocktail vegetable juice - you could probably use the spicy kind if your taste buds go in which direction
- 1/2 c. Real mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. Diced cucumber
- 1/2 c. Diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. Diced onion
Direcciones
- Sprinkle gelatin over juice; heat stirring constantly, till gelatin is dissolved. Combine with next 5 ingredients; refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
- Mix in remaining ingredients. Turn into a 4 c. mold. Refrigeratetill set.
- This seems a little high in fat for todays taste. I bet you could leave the oil out and use a low fat mayo. Anyways the taste is good and it is refreshing.
