Receta German Apple Pudding Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Peeled Apples, Diced
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 whl Egg
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 c. Nuts, Minced
- 3/4 c. Raisins
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Nuts, Minced
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- 1. Mix apples and sugar together.
- 2. Let stand till sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
- 3. Add in Large eggs and mix well.
- Cake:4. Sift dry ingredients together.
- 5. Stir into apple mix.
- 6. Add in nuts, raisins and vanilla.
- 7. Pour into 8 x 8" pan that is slightly oiled.
- Topping:1. Mix sugar, water and flour. Cook till slightly thick and clear.
- 2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir till butter is melted.
- 3. Pour over warm baked cake while still in pan.
